In 1919, during the post war period, Aperol became popular all over Italy, particularly with the younger adults who were very active in their social lives. The Aperol Spritz is still one of the most popular cocktails in Italy, usually enjoyed before a meal.

We are bringing the Aperol Spritz to brunch! Join us for a special cocktail event introducing this refreshing cocktail. We will have Aperol representative, Anne Dimmick, in the bar to share more of the history of Aperol and the cocktail itself.
